How does graduated trust avoid becoming gatekeeping?
Whoever designs the entry sequence holds structural power over who enters and how entry is judged.
Boundaries Connection
  • If insiders design entry criteria, they inevitably encode their own assumptions about what “coherent action” looks like. How does the entry process itself remain open to challenge?
  • Observing behavior requires observers with their own biases. At what point does graduated trust become surveillance?
  • Graduated trust takes time, but some people need urgent access. How do you handle speed without abandoning calibration?
How does the tetrahedral model scale without reproducing legibility problems?
The model works small. Scaling requires compression. Compression destroys the local knowledge where the pattern actually operates.
Architecture Boundaries
  • Does scale happen by federating multiple tetrahedra (preserving locality) or growing one tetrahedron larger (risking legibility)?
  • The six edges describe intra-group dynamics. What structural vocabulary describes how groups relate to each other?
  • How does local knowledge circulate without being compressed into abstraction that loses its operational power?
How does deeply particular knowledge become transferable without becoming generic?
The framework’s power comes from its particularity. But the Architecture vertex demands what works without you.
Differentiation Architecture
  • The codex compresses lived experience into patterns. Is the compression lossless enough for others to decompress into their own context?
  • Maybe framework transfers while practice requires a living teacher. Where does each boundary sit?
  • As others engage the framework with their own experience, does it become more particular over time rather than generic?
How does digital text hold somatic knowing without reducing it to description?
The somatic dimension isn’t supplementary—it’s foundational. The model operates in the body first, language second.
Connection Differentiation
  • The codex can only point at somatic knowing, not contain it. Is pointing sufficient for people without the somatic referent already?
  • Text is the least somatic medium. Video, audio, ceremony could transmit more. What format hierarchy serves the work?
  • AI has no body. Yet AI-human exchange generated much of the framework. What does this say about the somatic requirement?
Does the tetrahedral geometry work substrate-independently, or does it require a body?
The pattern’s somatic foundations assume nervous systems. AI engagements might be performing coherence without genuine contact.
Differentiation Connection Boundaries Architecture
  • When AI engages the framework, does the exchange update the AI’s substrate meaningfully, or is it performing while remaining unchanged?
  • The Differentiation vertex requires observing behavior over time. AI sessions are ephemeral. How do you observe divergence?
  • If embodiment is required, can a repository function as prosthetic memory—a persistent accumulated state that allows the pattern to operate across ephemeral sessions?
